Magnesium Orotate $39 (I usually always use some version or form of living magnesium such as chloride externally or internally but when you are dealing with other issues – to be discussed – we can use this version with Zinc at same time - usually something like 4 pills of zinc with 2 pills of Magnesium Orotate!
